Speaker:

Olena Weber is an RCIC with 8 years of experience managing her immigration practice in Mississauga, ON. Her true passion lies in running a business coaching program that supports fellow RCICs in simplifying and expanding their practices with intention and purpose. Through her programs, she helps immigration professionals achieve sustainable growth, build strong client relationships, and maintain a balanced life.

Through participation and speaking at various industry events, Olena advocates for the importance of healthy work-life balance for immigration professionals. She raises issues related to the “work burnout”, which have become increasingly common among her fellow colleagues in recent years.

Beyond her practice, Olena plays an active role on the Board of Directors for the Association of Ukrainian Canadian Immigration Consultants, aiming to support the professional community and immigrants from Ukraine.
