He has successfully helped 100’s of investor clients from China, Russia, USA, Europe, India, Middle East and Turkey to acquire residency or citizenship in various countries; primarily but not limited to Malta, Caribbean (Antigua & Barbude, St Kitts & Nevis, Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia), USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Greece, Portugal, Hungary as well as Slovenia and Estonia.

Mr. Habali is an active member of Investment Migration Council (IMC). He held the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) designation between 2009 and 2019. He is a graduate of University of British Columbia  (UBC) Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures (2009) as well as UBC Intercultural Studies Award of Achievement.

He holds an International MBA degree from University of Hertfordshire, UK. Before joining the Residency & Citizenship by Investment industry, Mr. Habali had had vast experience in corporate, investment and retail banking.

Jon Green IMCM

Jon Green has worked in the investment migration industry for over 10 years and has been a member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC) since inception.

As a co-founder of Latitude Consultancy he is focused on direct private client business, intermediary and B2B sales. He has an intimate knowledge of residency and citizenship acquisition processes, real estate procurement and investment and developer relations. He is tasked with developing strategic partnerships for the delivery of clients interested in citizenship by investment programmes.

Prior to joining Latitude, Jon was a Partner with Henley & Partners (H&P) where he oversaw the North American market. Previously to his time with H&P, Jon worked in sales and marketing for high-end real estate projects and has a wide range of experience promoting ski, golf and sand destinations. He has been involved with projects throughout the world including Canada, the US, the Caribbean, South East Asia and Europe. He has held a real estate brokers license for over ten years.
