IRCC has started an online LMIA application.  It is proving to have fast processing at this time.

The major changes for LMIA processing are in the links below and include removal of minimum advertisements in a couple of streams (agriculture) and some Covid-19 related changes.  One can also request an extension of validity for issued LMIAs.

Prior to Immigration, Matt started in the Tourism industry as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, working globally in Australia, Mexico, and Canada for over six years (2006 – 2013).
 
Matt graduated from the Canadian Immigration Laws, Policies, and Procedures program at the University of British Columbia in 2016 and began working for J. Kenney Consulting Ltd. in the same year.  Working extensively with Labour Market Impact Assessments, he has continuously developed skills and experience in the rules and requirements of Service Canada and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as they relate to this important aspect of Canadian immigration.
 
Matt lives with his family in Pitt Meadows, B.C.
 
 

Tiffany Chi, RCIC

Tiffany started her immigration career as a student Border Services Officer with the Canada Border Services Agency. She is a registered member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia, and is currently an Online instructor in the University of British Columbia’s Certificate in Immigration: Laws. Policies and Procedures. She specializes in economic classes, family class, provincial nominee programs and has presented numerous seminars and served on numerous panel discussions within the industry.
