Benoit lived in Hong Kong from 1995 to 2000 and in Dubai, U.A.E., from 2006 to 2009. He’s been involved in more than 4,000 Immigrant Investor cases. Benoit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Université de Montréal.
Alex TITOV, Ph.D., RCIC
