Nicole is a Canadian immigration lawyer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Nicole is committed to working closely with clients to develop a personalized immigration strategy for individuals, families, and employers. She provides services in all areas of immigration and citizenship law, including applications for visitor visas, study permit, Labour Market Impact Assessments, work permits under international free trade agreements and other LMIA-exemptions, and permanent residence applications under various economic and non-economic classes. She also represents applicants before the Federal Court in applications for judicial review.
Nicole obtained her JD from the University of British Columbia and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2020. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and served as the social media coordinator and now the young lawyers coordinator for the National Section.
