Alex Ning
Alex Ning was born in Hong Kong and came to Canada at age of 18. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Urban Land Economics program and has been British Columbia notary since 1983. He served on the Discipline and Complaints Committee of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for three years, the City of Vancouver Family Court Committee for four years and the city's Youth Justice Committee for two years.
As a BC notary he is involved in contracts, land transfers and mortgages, lease, wills and estates and gained extensive knowledge and experience in legal matters. He is also a Chartered Mediator, a past director of the UBC Law Student Conflict Resolution Society and a current mentor in the Court Mediation Practicum Program.
Alex is a graduate of the Seneca/UBC certificate program. Alex's preferred immigration practice area has evolved from business immigration to tribunal advocacy. He has appeared before all the divisions of the IRB, and has represented clients in interviews and inquiries at both IRCC and CBSA.
