Shafoli Kapur RCIC

Shafoli Kapur is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant practicing immigration law as the Principal Consultant at TDOT Immigration. She holds an Honors Certificate in Immigration from Humber College (Toronto, Canada) and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in India. Being an immigrant to Canada herself, she started TDOT Immigration in 2018, and has successfully helped many individuals to accomplish their goal of permanently settling in Canada . She has hands on experience in simple to complex Express entry applications, Spousal/family sponsorship applications including conjugal and same-sex relationships, LMIA’s and Work/Study permit Applications. In addition, she has extensive experience and success in all categories of applications under the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program.

Prior to establishing TDOT Immigration, Shafoli ventured into entrepreneurship in 2012 in the travel industry which led to realization of her passion for Immigration and helping the vulnerable from unauthorized consultants. Working on complex cases with desired outcomes drives her to the ultimate goal. Her aim is to contribute the most to the industry, enhance the experience of her clients aspiring to live their Canadian dream. She is passionate about her work and believes that the profession requires constant learning and adaptation therefore, she would like to contribute to her peers and the immigration community by sharing her knowledge and experiences.

In a short period, Shafoli has gained a strong reputation among her clients that are looking for various pathways to immigrating to Canada. Shafoli lives in Toronto with her husband and two young boys who although are Canadians by birth already at the age of 9 and 6 are sensitive towards the importance of this life changing process for many people across the globe.
